Adoption Law

Family Law

Guiding prospective adoptive parents through CARA regulations, in-country & inter-country adoption decrees.

Adoption in India is strictly governed by the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015, CARA guidelines, and the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act 1956 (HAMA). Non-compliance can render an adoption illegal.

Bail & Trial provides compassionate, meticulous legal counsel for adoption. We assist prospective adoptive parents (PAPs) with CARA portal filings, home study reports, District Magistrate adoption orders, relative adoptions, and inter-country adoption.
